Trying to pay Fiscal

Hello!! 

Maybe somebody knows the answer to this?

My parents have an apartment in Cala Mayor but unfortunately are now elderly and cannot travel to it from the UK anymore. They used to have a back account with Santander but that account had been frozen meaning they have to make international transfers to pay for electricity etc (as they need to visit Santander in person to reactivate!).

They have a NIF number from a few years ago which has stayed the same for a while. Also, we were in contact with a lawyer earlier this year who was going to visit the bank for us with their new passport details etc. That lawyer has not returned any calls/emails in six months.

My long-winded question is therefore...does anybody know of a reputable tax lawyer/representative who we can work with to send passport details to etc so sort out this tax situation? Also, just somebody we can rely on to be 'out main point of contact in Mallorca?
