Gavimar Chico hotel

Just wondering if this hotel is open yet and is it going to stay open with all this talk about the 2nd wave of the virus coming back many thanks
I live in Cala DOr. Nothing appears to be opening and some reports say hotels are closing and villa/apartment rentals are being cancelled. The Balearic Government has just reduced the number of people allowed to gather as well. On my nightly walk I have seen less and less tourists in the previous days. Not sure how long the bars and restaurants that did open will stay open. Altogether it appears Summer 2020 is over.
