Good evening all,

Really hoping someone can help me out.

We have bought a property on the Porto Cari residence by the marina. Where struggling with finding out information regarding the hotel and what facilities we can use ect. We know the hotel name ect but is there many private owners? Is there meetings ect? Are we safe ect with regards to being based on a hotel complex.

Can anyone give advise, any information would be great.

Thanks

Hi there. We live in Cala Egos near to that complex. Did the agent not tell you if there was a community charge per annum? If there is a charge it is likely they will have a residents association as we have.

I know a couple of locals who rent properties from time to time there but it would be the owners who would know that info. Also when you deal with the agent and notary if there is a community charge you have to make sure it is paid up to date as you will be liable. As with utilities and property tax. I suggest you get hold of the agent ASAP to find all of this out.

I hope this helps
