Ghost town neighbourhoods in winter

Hello,

we are thinking of moving to Majorca and would like to know what coastal areas are like ghost towns in the winter. I have looked at Cala Murada,Cala Romantica and Cala LLombards but im unsure what it is like there in the winter. Are this areas mainly tourist rentals and not a lot of all year round residents? we are looking for something not super expensive but also not far (not more than 4km) from some day to day life ( example some areas for kids or that children live in and with some shops and some cafes for us) .
