Kids clubs to meet people

I am moving here with my mum
My brother 12 and my little brother 4
Are there any kids clubs or football teams etc where we may meet other people? Make friends and learn more. I know my baby brother would love to join in activities. We all speak a little Spanish as well and keen to learn more. Any toddler groups or activities for kids age 12 and myself age 16
