MISSING AND NEEDS HELP

Hello, My partner had all his belongings stolen whilst on holiday and cant return as no passport. I have tried to call him but his battery has died on his phone. Please if you see him can you offer him help to call home. I have completed a emergency travel document for him but he needs to make contact asap. Thank you
