Property wanted to rent: 2+ bedroom house north and west of Palma within easy reach of Sant Augusti.

I am looking for a property with at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom fully furnished allowing pets (I have a small cocker spaniel). I would prefer a house outside of Palma, but within easy access to Sant Augusti, with its own front door. So a duplex, terraced house, bungalow or finca would be great. I have a limited budget of no more than €1000 per month. I am looking for long term rental of at least 3 years. If it has a garage even better as I have 2 motorcycles and will also have a car.
