Hotel review

Hi we have been relocated by Jet2 from Cala Do’r to Palma Nova as our hotel refurb isn’t ready.
We have been put in the Alua Hawaii Hotel, I have read mixed reviews on Trip Advisor, and a little worried as some are not good!! Could someone please put my mind at rest 🙏 please??
