making new friends, just arrived here!

Hello - we moved here one week ago today so are very new to living in Majorca!  We would like to join an ex pat community to make new friends and would also like to join spanish lessons. We would love to meet someone who has lived here for a while who would be happy to spare some time to share their knowledge of the area. We are living in the courntryside near Muro but particularly love Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. I am also looking for an english speaking hairdresser!

We are Nick and Alison Harrison, we have 3 grown up children, 2 small grandchildren, we love walking, swimming, cinema, bridge (beginners only, we're not that good but enjoy it anyway!), swimming, good food and socialising. 

We would love to hear from anyone who would be happy to give us some help on how to integrate into the area and make the most of everything this beautiful island has to offer.
