Memorial Plaque or Bench for Pine Walk?

Hi there, 

I am coming back to Pollença this summer and ahead of arriving, I was looking to arrange a memorial plaque/stone or equivalent and have it somewhere in town. Ideally Pine Walk but unsure if this will be possible. Does anyone have any advice please? I'm not sure where to look and google isn't providing much help. It's in memory of my dad who died in Puerto de Pollenca 15 years ago and this is our first trip back since it happened, so I'm looking to surprise my mum. I'm based in Scotland so would have to do things remotely but can speak Spanish.
