Can anyone recommend: Help wth 1yr old Puppy

Hello
We are staying in this beautiful place until December with our small young (1yr old) pup. We would like to find a reliable dog sitter for occasional days / evenings so we can venture out without him.
He has had a few anxieties since travelling here and we need to do some more dog socialisation with him so if there are any dog classes near by or dog walkers who would let me join in with them now and again to stop him growling at other dogs This is a new thing since we got here and so am confident that it is just a phase
Also would like suggestions of beaches where he is allowed.
