Looking for cleaner and property maintenance near Porto Cristo for rentals

Hi
I own a 2 bed apartment near Porto Cristo. We rent it out in the summer. I am looking for a cleaner to do change overs and a odd job person who would be able to go out to the apartment if there are any problems. Does anyone know anyone who does this or can recommend.
