Can anybody tell me when beach facilities will start up this year and why is it taking so long. We are going to puerta pollensa later in summer.

Council put the prices up to the contractor who held the contract and they say they cannot make a profit and so there is no sign of an agreement and beds and umbrellas will not be in place
