Construction work next to Hobby Apartments

Hi, we have been to both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa a few times now for holidays, always enjoyed them. We’ll be there again in 2 weeks. My query is about the extent of construction activity taking place next to where we are staying. We’re staying at Cabot Hobby Club apartments. Can anyone update me as to the extent of construction ie noise levels, dust and/or air quality impacted, and generally if we should be worried about it spoiling our stay? Not sure where the construction is up to ie built but now interior fit out etc. any feedback or photos would very much be appreciated / thanks
