Hello there, I am looking to kit out my new flat - needing items like bedding, towels, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery crockery etc. Please could anybody point me in the right direction of a place to do this - looking for ease and good service, a bit like John Lewis in the UK!  Many thanks,  Kay

We would recommend Relaxing, and also Living, both in Carrer del Llevant (off the Formentor Road), for bedding, furniture, towels, lighting, etc.  For basic everyday stuff go to the Chinese supermarket at the corner of Carrer del Metge Llopis and Carrer de Mendez Munoz (off the Formentor Road).  Hope this helps.

It’s not as simple as back home, but great fun!  Hope you find what you want.  The shops we mentioned were a godsend, as was the charity shop opposite ‘Relaxing’ for disposing of things left in the apartment that we didn’t want.  Good luck. x

Hi, we need to get rid of an old sofa and replace with a new/nice second hand one or a single comfy chair.

I need to sort this in the next week or so please if anybody can advise?

We live in Calle Roger de Flore
