hi anyone help re electric bills expensive

hi, have quite a large holiday home in santa ponsa, electric bill is huge, currently with endesa on a 24 kWh contracted yearly power
have solar on roof, but not sure if working if anyone knows a solar expert !? or let me know what you are paying !
just need some help if anyone can suggest another electric company to use or try...
just seems to cost a frotune even if villa empty in
electric !
