New solar panel system

Hi everyone. I've no idea if and when Gesa are going to re-connect me. No one even knows where the meter counter box is! Its been 20 years since anyone lived here. Meanwhile, can anyone recommend a good electrician/solar panel company? I've bought a huge Honda generator but not sure how it will cope with self contained free standing aircon units from Bauhaus. I could do with a list of all the components in a solar panel system. for eg panels, frame, invertor, controller, regulator, batteries and installation. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated or the best aircon units to buy.

Just for the record I've been to the Repsol shop and bought an incredible gas powered fridge/freezer and 2 bottles of gas. The fridge is called Butsir small/med/large one colour white. After initial purchase of 1150 ish Euros  it costs 1Euro/day to run.
