Can anyone recommend: Plumber who may speak some English to deal with leaking toilet cistern

We have 3 toilets in the apartment which all drip after flushing , I think they may need new cisterns .
Also have an old tat which needs replacing I gave the new one . Can anyone recommend a good reliable plumber who speaks English .
