Help in relocation process from Northern Ireland

Hi, I'm new this forum and was wondering if anyone can help me please... 

I am hoping to move to George Sand to a family villa which is rarely used and have been offered the opportunity to make this my home with a view to running a B&B. 

There is so much information and I don't know where to start!  First question, how long could it be take today get residency?  Also can anyone recommend good Gestor?
