we complete on a villa in April (Cala D'or) . I belive that tree roots are growing into the drain and they have to be unblocked twice a year. does anyone know a good drainage outfit that can survey and suggest a permanant fix.

Hi, we’re heading to Cala for in two weeks. We would like to bring the kids cycling, any advice on where to rent bikes and an easy trail for kids.

Purchased 2 weeks for short term use, cost €150 new (receipt can be provided).
