I am an organised, reliable, multi skilled Hospitality & Hotel Guest Service Consultant who has 10 years work experience on cruise ships, Seabourn cruises being a 6 star luxury cruise liner. I am well presented, have an excellent telephone manner, and have a passion for providing the highest standards of Hospitality and services to guests. During my time on board, I travelled the world extensively, and learned to speak conversational Italian. I am currently residing in Puerto Pollensa and improving my Spanish.
