Is it possible to arrange an appointment at the police station in Sa Pobla to renew the non residence certificate? Does anyone have any experience of how accommodating the police are in dealing with this? I would like to arrange an appointment at the end of January when I am next in Sa Pobla but cannot find an email address to do so. I do not speak sufficient Catalan/Spanish to phone!!

Having purchased a house in Sa Pobla we have some plastering work to do following treatment to the Mares stone. Does anyone know of a plasterer who can be recommended and also an electrician and general builder to do ‘odd’ jobs on a small scale not requiring obra major or minors! Any help or advice would be gratefully received!

We are thinking of relocating to the Sa Pobla area or thereabouts later this year for a year or two and are looking at renting a villa with swimming pool and air conditioning. Is anyone able to give me a definitive monthly breakdown as to what the utility bills would be for this type of property?

I have been asked to fill out the above form which I’ve done twice and had my lawyer sign and date that the information I sent was true. I have two pensions paid into my bank and taxed in Scotland. I am 70 years of age and have never worked or received any monies in Mallorca and I am at a loss what to do next. Has anyone had experience of this. Thanks
