Spanish lessons

My husband and I will be staying in Puerto de Pollensa in May/June 2022 and would like 1:2 Spanish lessons during our stay..  Does anyone know where we can find someone?

We have just purchased a duplex apartment in Puerto de Pollensa and need 2 bathrooms refurbed and refitted. Also we require updating of decoration to include painting of walls, ceilings and doors etc.

I have a 3 bed apartment in Porto Pollensa and would like to replace the flooring with an LVT that is glue down.

The existing floor was self adhesive and can be easily lifted. The area is approx 100m2.

Is the Spar supermarket still trading opposite the Flora aparthotel in Puerto Pollensa? 

Can someone please advise what the latest restrictions are in PP regarding outdoor walking, shopping, restaurants etc.

Am planning our usual winter break (Dec - March) and trying to get an idea what daily life is like ( mask requirements, restaurant seating, shopping, )

Will the usual restaurants remain open in winter ?
