I have a flooring business I own just outside of London specializing in LVT vinyl  flooring such as Amtico and Karndean and wanted to know if vinyl is a material that gets used a lot in Mallorca . I have been in love with Mallorca for many years and am thinking of moving out with my family. I just started learning Spanish recently during the pandemic,

I came to cala millor holiday in 2018 and it is my favourite holiday vacation in late OCTOBER

i come to like Spanish people, they  are warm and friendly,

Would like to come back probably when COVID 19 is over 

I am interested to practise my Spanish n want to be in a Home stay Spanish program

Interested in the culture exchange, interraction in Spanish, ,

I speak  English, Chinese and German

Can someone advise if in Cala Millor  Any homestay available where i can interact in Spanish //English/ Chinese

I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction. I live next door to Cala Nova and the flat roof of our indoor swimming pool has hideous pebble stones which we’d like to replace with nicer ones (perhaps a different colour) & add in some nice flowers or cactus. I'm trying to find out whether it is possible to find apartments in Palma that are warm in winter without spending a fortune on rent or utilities. In other words, are there apartments that are reasonably well insulated and which have central heating? How much would they be?
