Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to get high speed broadband (preferably Fibwi) in Valldemossa?

Can someone please advise what the latest restrictions are in PP regarding outdoor walking, shopping, restaurants etc.

Am planning our usual winter break (Dec - March) and trying to get an idea what daily life is like ( mask requirements, restaurant seating, shopping, )

Will the usual restaurants remain open in winter ?

We own an apt in a building of 3 floors, just 6 apts.

The terraces are not huge but big enough to sit and enjoy a meal.

We are on floor 3.; Second home .

A couple of years after purchase we noticed the edge of terrace begging to crumble and suffer weather damage 

After informing the comunitie it was arranged to repair damage to all terraces 

The problem now is the builder cut the alu railings to repair the crumbling edges, then used what I can only describe as angled tin and screws to hold our balcón railings to the floor...in 4 places, they move, the wind rattles them.

We today had builder and presedent to look, it seems builder has been paid " black"  he is saying his work is good 

We want a building inspector to look at the pathetic work....

Can someone point me in the direction of an official body who will look at this shoddy unsafe work please.

Hola! I am currently looking for a job in Mallorca, preferably Sóller but I am able to travel and have a car. I am a qualified Senior Property Manager and have worked in the industry for 6 years, however I am looking to acquire any job available at the moment, due to the current problems with covid. I am happy to hear about any job - I am a talented artist, and have worked in bars and restaurants previously. I am happy to do physical work, but am equally happy working in an office setting. Cleaning is also something I would be more than happy to do. I hope to hear from you!
